GeneScape awarded an R&D subsidy from the Netherlands RVO

Tools to organize or query data are rapidly expanding in recent years. GeneScape decided to tackle the highly unstructured data in scientific publications to help identify key patient characteristics, including genetic diagnosis for inherited retinal dystrophies. Genescape is tackling the inconsistencies in reporting genetic data across the field, by leveraging our in-house standards and the latest tools to transform this body of information from a data swamp into a valuable resource to support patient epidemiology and demographic modelling.
